Unless you have been involved in an accident…you might not know what to do in the event you have one. Follow the below steps to ensure the smoothest process possible during the days that follow:

1. STOP. Never leave the scene of an accident

2. Do NOT admit guilt or fault

3. Call the police – even in the case of a minor fender bender

4. Exchange contact and Insurance information with the other

    parties involved

5. Take pictures of the scene and of the other vehicles license plate

6. Get the contact information of any witnesses

7. Get the Accident Report number from the responding Officer

8. Notify your Insurance Agent
